Yes, in the top right corner of our website you can switch to the English language. When booking online, you can read the description for each of our services by scrolling down below the Dutch description. Unfortunately, we are unable to translate the name of our services. If you have any questions about them, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

For each of our services we provide an overview of all the actions that we perform. Our services assume that the actual products that need installing are already on-site.

When do I need a white goods service with lifting?

At Van Mijn Klus Af we make a distinction for white goods between services with and without lifting included. With lifting means that your product is lifted to the floor where it has to be connected/built-in. White goods services without lifting assume that the product is either on the ground floor, or that there is a lift/ramp from the ground floor to the floor where the appliance is to be connected/built-in.

Do you charge call-out costs within the province of South Holland?

No! As long as your address is within the province of South Holland, we do not charge call-out costs, so you only have to take into account the amounts indicated in advance when booking the service to get rid of your job.< /p>

Do you charge call-out costs outside the province of South Holland?

Accepted Answer

Since we work from one location, we are forced to charge call-out costs if you live outside the province of South Holland. These costs are € 0.99 per kilometer (limited to one direction). You will receive an overview of this surcharge in advance.
