What is included in the price?For each of our services we provide an overview of all the actions that we perform. Our services assume that the actual products that need installing are already on-site.

When do I need a white goods service with lifting?At Van Mijn Klus Af we make a distinction for white goods between services with and without lifting included. With lifting means that your product is lifted to the floor where it has to be connected/built-in. White goods services without lifting assume that the product is either on the ground floor, or that there is a lift/ramp from the ground floor to the floor where the appliance is to be connected/built-in.

Do you charge call-out costs within the province of South Holland?No! As long as your address is within the province of South Holland, we do not charge call-out costs, so you only have to take into account the amounts indicated in advance when booking the service to get rid of your job.< /p>

Do you charge call-out costs outside the province of South Holland?Since we work from one location, we are forced to charge call-out costs if you live outside the province of South Holland. These costs are € 0.99 per kilometer (limited to one direction). You will receive an overview of this surcharge in advance. We work from Vlaardingen, South Holland.

How is the price of my job calculated?Do you live in South-Holland? Then the price you see is the total amount. You can easily pay this online when booking or you can choose to pay only after you are 100% satisfied with the work. You will receive a payment link via email for this or you can fulfill the payment in cash.

How long will my job take?When booking our services, you will see an indication of the time that is required for us to get the job done. However, this is but an indication and the actual time might deviate depending on the actual situation.

How will I be updated?After booking a service you will always receive a confirmation mail. Then an automated reminder via text message is sent 2 hours prior to our appointment. And if you wish, a phone call is conducted 30 minutes before arrival as a final heads up.

Hoe snel ontvang ik een offerte?Wij streven ernaar om binnen 5 werkdagen na ons bezoek een offerte via de mail te delen indien het een grote klus betreft. In uitzonderlijke gevallen zal meer tijd nodig zijn, hiervan wordt u ter plekke op de hoogte gebracht.

Do I have any guarantees?Our goal is to provide the best service, hence you get a 5 year guarantee on everything we include in our services. So, are you hesitant about something we did or did something actually go wrong? Contact us while mentioning your invoice number and we will do our best to solve any issues that may be present.

What if the work cannot be carried out?Should it turn out on location that we cannot fulfill our promise and we cannot help? Then your payment obligation will lapse and you will be refunded any costs paid.

How do you warrant my safety?Better safe than sorry! Our employees only get sent to jobs when at least one of them possesses an SOS-SCC diploma. The service I require is not listed. What to do?For the time being, we focus mainly on jobs that can be fully completed within one day. Need us for something large? Or is the service you require simply not listed on our booking page yet? Please don't hesitate to contact us using the available contact form by providing as much details as possible. We will always answer and check how we can help you.

Does my device even fit?Are you in doubtful whether your device will even fit? For example that new dish washer in the existing kitchen? We are glad to help however we can. Please contact us and we will try our best to help and advise.

What about my payment?At Van Mijn Klus Af we try to make the payment process as easy as possible. You can pay for our services at three different occasions, the choice is yours. Before You can choose to pay the full amount immediately when booking your service via almost any possible payment method in the Netherlands. After completion - cash If you prefer to wait and only pay after your job is done, you can also pay in cash at the end of our visit. After completion - online And if you prefer to pay afterwards, but not in cash, there is also the option to receive a payment link with a payment term of 30 days so that you can make the payments at a later time at your convenience.

What payment methods do you accept?We at Van Mijn Klus Af accept all the well known payment channels available in the Netherands when paying online. A brief overview is listed on the bottom of each of our webpages. Do you prefer to fulfill your payment afterward? No problem! This can be done both online or in cash.

Are there any other costs?No, the price that is listed is the total price. There are no hidden costs whatsoever! If, due to circumstances, we conclude that additional costs are unavoidable, we will always discuss this prior to proceeding with your job.
